Responsibilities
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to Developer.
- Create wire frames, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Delivering mock-ups and design specs.
- Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverable to peers and executive level stakeholders.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.
- Ensure all versions of project UX/UI documents are complete, current, and stored/ archived appropriately.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, IT or related fields
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in UX, UI and graphic design fields.
- Experience in UI/UX for desktop and mobile is preferred.
- Experience in understanding business processes, software development process.
- Creative, innovative, self-motivated, open-minded and flexible.
- Have innovative thinking style with a demonstrated ability to contribute to strategic plans.
- Great communication and well-organized skills.
- Able to work in a pressured short-deadline environment.
