Responsibilities

  • Assist and supports business activities and tasks according to overall project timeline.
  • Assist in developing and controlling the project schedule for specific IT work streams.
  • Track and communicate project risks, opportunities and activities to Project Manager.
  • Prepare updates to Project Manager on project’s progress.
  • Organize and attend stakeholder meetings.
  • Provide administrative support where necessary.
  • Organize project team meetings and record minutes and action items.
  • Delegate and track progress of tasks, and ensure that action items are delivered by team members in accordance to timeline.
  • Ensure deadlines are met and project is on-track.
  • Liaise with various business units and other work steams to determine the project’s requirements/objectives & dependencies.
  • Escalate that require senior management/executive attention and follow-up with resolutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer business, Business Administration, or any fields.
  • 1 – 2 years of experience working in a similar role and New graduate are welcome.
  • Well versed in Microsoft office/O365.
  • Attention to details and result oriented.
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) / interpersonal skills.
