Responsibilities
- Assist and supports business activities and tasks according to overall project timeline.
- Assist in developing and controlling the project schedule for specific IT work streams.
- Track and communicate project risks, opportunities and activities to Project Manager.
- Prepare updates to Project Manager on project’s progress.
- Organize and attend stakeholder meetings.
- Provide administrative support where necessary.
- Organize project team meetings and record minutes and action items.
- Delegate and track progress of tasks, and ensure that action items are delivered by team members in accordance to timeline.
- Ensure deadlines are met and project is on-track.
- Liaise with various business units and other work steams to determine the project’s requirements/objectives & dependencies.
- Escalate that require senior management/executive attention and follow-up with resolutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer business, Business Administration, or any fields.
- 1 – 2 years of experience working in a similar role and New graduate are welcome.
- Well versed in Microsoft office/O365.
- Attention to details and result oriented.
- Excellent communication (written & verbal) / interpersonal skills.
